"Enough with the marketing emails already"
The product is awesome, but the flood of emails after I bought it is really overwhelming. I've reached out a couple of times asking to be removed from your list, yet I keep getting these marketing emails. It's just too much!

"Delivery Delays and Customer Service Frustrations"
The item took over five days longer to arrive than expected, even though I forked out for next day delivery. Plus, there’s no phone number to call or anyone to chat with directly, which makes dealing with issues pretty nerve-wracking. I even tried messaging on Facebook, but nobody replied. On the bright side, the person I finally managed to reach did refund the next day delivery charge, so I appreciate the company for that.

I had a fantastic experience with Jutta's service when I had to reach out to let her know that the self-love candle showed up damaged. She got back to me super quick with an apology and sent out a replacement the very next day. This candle was meant for someone who loves candles and crystals, and it was really well-received.

"fantastic support from the team"
I had an issue with my package getting damaged by Royal Mail, so I shot off an email on Saturday asking for a replacement since it was meant for a friend's gift. A few hours later, I got a response saying they'd send a new one on Monday with next day delivery. Jutta was super helpful and even added a card and a chocolate bar to say sorry for the hassle.

I’m a huge fan of this brand! I discovered you through Google and have already bought a few things for friends who are having a rough time. The gifts are super unique and really thoughtful.
